  1. Event Details The live, in-person workshop will be held on [Event Date] in Dallas, Texas.
By registering, you secure one seat for the live workshop experience and receive access to additional materials as described below.
  1. Recording Access & Delivery Attendees will receive access to the event recordings within 30 days after the workshop.
Recordings will be delivered via email to the address provided at purchase and hosted on a secure platform operated by Elanda LLC.
Access is non-transferable and intended solely for the ticket holder’s private educational use.
  1. Refund Policy You may request a full refund no later than 24 hours prior to the event by emailing support@elanda.io.
No refunds will be issued after this deadline, including for non-attendance or partial participation.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  1. Limited Availability Due to venue capacity, registration is strictly limited to 10–15 attendees.
Reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Once sold out, no additional seats will be made available.
  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
  1. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elanda LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising out of or related to participation in the event or use of any workshop materials.
  1. Force Majeure If the event is delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, venue issues, or governmental restrictions), we reserve the right to reschedule or deliver the workshop in an alternative format.
No refunds will be issued in such cases unless the event is fully canceled without replacement.
  1. Participant Conduct We reserve the right to remove any attendee from the event, without refund, for behavior deemed disruptive, inappropriate, unlawful, or in violation of event rules.
This includes, but is not limited to, harassment, unauthorized recordings, or intentional disturbance of other participants.
  1. Intellectual Property All content, slides, recordings, handouts, and materials provided during the workshop are the intellectual property of Elanda LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or reused without prior written consent.
